Scope of Work
Dismantling and Engineering Systems
From the very beginning, complete dismantling of the existing office was carried out, followed by a full replacement of all engineering systems: power supply, HVAC, structured cabling, and fire protection systems.
All systems were designed and implemented in accordance with current regulations and the business center’s requirements.
Finishing Works
The design project included customized and non-standard finishing materials — from textured panels to decorative elements delivered through international logistics. All materials were procured and delivered from abroad on time, with complete technical documentation.
Acoustic Solutions
A comprehensive acoustic solution was implemented in the office:
• Acoustic panels and suspended discs in open space areas
• Special sound-absorbing materials in meeting rooms and phone booths
• Ceiling and wall coverings that reduce noise levels
This created a high level of comfort and minimized background noise in a high-intensity work environment.
Lighting Design and Calculations
Lighting was tailored to each functional zone. Technical light simulations were performed to ensure even and effective light distribution for every type of space — from workstations to meeting rooms.
Challenges and Solutions
The main challenge of this project was that the office remained operational throughout the renovation.
All work was performed in phases within an active business environment, requiring precise logistics planning, noise control, and safety management.
Thanks to a well-structured schedule, close coordination with the client, and internal quality control, all stages were completed on time and within budget.
