In November 2024, the SpaceCon team successfully completed the project for the Jacobs Kazakhstan office. This project was both a challenge and a testament to our professionalism and commitment to creating modern and functional workspaces.
The Jacobs Kazakhstan office is located in Almaty and spans an area of 500 m². Our goal was not only to create a comfortable and functional space but also to reflect the company’s style and values in the interior design.
To achieve this, we utilized modern materials and technologies that ensure durability, aesthetics, and ease of use:
Flooring: High-quality Betap carpet tiles for work areas and TARKETT linoleum for auxiliary spaces, providing excellent acoustic and comfort properties. Ceilings: Ecophone 1200x600 modular panels, offering outstanding sound insulation and a polished appearance. Lighting: Modern fixtures from MDM Light and FLUA, delivering a balanced and harmonious illumination for productive work. Glass partitions: By Alutech, adding lightness and transparency to the space while maintaining functional zoning. We also upgraded the engineering systems to meet the requirements of a modern business:
Optimized the ventilation system for a perfect indoor climate; Upgraded air conditioning systems to ensure energy efficiency and comfort; Modernized the electrical and server lines to support the company’s high-tech infrastructure. The updated Jacobs Kazakhstan office seamlessly combines style and practicality. The work areas are equipped with everything necessary for efficient operations, while additional spaces provide comfort for relaxation and interaction.
The new design not only highlights the company’s corporate identity but also creates an atmosphere that inspires new achievements.
