Project Start: Seamless Coordination from Day One
The project began with the integration of our engineering team into the approved architectural concept developed by the Moscow-based bureau ABD architects.
While dismantling works were underway, SpaceCon engineers simultaneously developed all project documentation sections (Power Supply, HVAC, Structured Cabling, Water Supply, and others), which were promptly approved by the Client and the business center’s management company.
The project documentation was completed in record time without compromising quality — enabling construction to begin immediately after demolition.
Smooth coordination and complete transparency with the Client formed the foundation of our partnership.
Ventilation, Climate, and Engineering: Comfort that Works
Particular attention was paid to the ventilation and air conditioning systems, as maintaining a comfortable environment for a large number of employees was a top priority.
We designed and installed a supply and exhaust system that ensures continuous fresh air flow and stable temperature control year‑round.
In addition, we implemented:
·Electrical systems designed to meet corporate safety and efficiency standards;
·Structured Cabling Systems (SCS) using Legrand Category 6 cables — ensuring long‑term reliability and high data transmission capacity.
Design and Finishing: Precision Meets Detail
Our task was not only to follow the approved design concept but to deliver it with accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to every detail.
The interior finishes included:
·Ceilings: a mix of gypsum board designs, modular ceilings (1200×600 mm), and open LOFT‑style solutions for a refined and balanced aesthetic;
·Walls: durable paint, decorative plaster, acoustic panels, and porcelain tiles — materials chosen for longevity and visual harmony;
·Floors: modular carpet tiles from Betap (Netherlands) and high‑quality LVT coverings — resilient, modern, and comfortable;
·Furniture: custom‑made throughout — from reception and kitchen to wardrobes and built‑ins — all manufactured to meet Nestle’s design and quality standards.
