The Central Asian Fortress of Innovation and Quality: Knauf Office

When Knauf, the world’s largest manufacturer of building materials, decided to create its headquarters in Central Asia, choosing SpaceCon as the general contractor was a great honor for us. Known for its high-quality materials and strict standards, Knauf represents the German traditions of innovation and precision, bringing advanced solutions to the finishing and renovation sectors. We are proud to have been part of realizing an office that embodies these values.

The project began on December 15 with the design phase, during which our specialists carried out extensive work on space planning and coordinating key areas with the Knauf team. By February 1, the design phase was successfully completed, and by March 1, we had moved into the construction phase, which lasted until July 1.

From Rough Finish to Modern Knauf Headquarters

At the beginning of the project, the office was a four-story building in a rough finish. Our team fully developed the interior design, planned the layout of functional zones, and created an interior in line with Knauf's high standards. Each decision was carefully coordinated, and high standards were maintained at every stage of the work.

Throughout the project, we used Knauf building materials, ensuring the strength and reliability of the finished space. Using the company's own materials not only met high-quality standards but also demonstrated the capabilities of Knauf products in action.

Project Outcomes
